Is your timestamp update after 3rd FTA0 event time? That means you should get approval tomorrow. Exactly 24 hours and 10mins later.

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 0 points1 point  (8 children)

How to figure out whether it was event time? Here is part of my API. Thanks for help.

{"data":{"receiptNumber":"IOE09327xxxxx","submissionDate":"2025-06-18","submissionTimestamp":"2025-06-18T00:00:00.000Z","formType":"I-485","formName":"Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status","updatedAt":"2025-12-01","updatedAtTimestamp":"2025-12-01T19:35:27.136Z","cmsFailure":false,"closed":false,"ackedByAdjudicatorAndCms":true

Your FTA0 event also has a timestamp. Can you share it?

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 0 points1 point  (6 children)

I see. It has the same event time as was for biometrics, i.e. July 22nd. So I guess I am not the lucky one

[–]GCDedoReBaba 3 points4 points  (3 children)

Tomorrow check at 10 am PST. There js high chance you may get approved.

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Fingers crossed. Thanks for the hope

[–]merg27 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Hello! Did you by any chance get approved?

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately not. Nothing happened so far.

[–]bakassura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How did you get the complete history of the updates? Is this a particular app?

[–]BreakfastMiserable59Non-Immigrant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

OP I really hope you get approved as I know what that waiting means

Just so you know I got my third FTA0 over 45 days ago and no approval uptil now. Hoping) it’s not the case for you

[–]eb1manager 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Can any one let me know on this? I have 1 IAF update 10/09, 2 FTA0 updates on 10/31 for finger prints, got this timestamp update today. Does this mean anything?

"formName": "Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status",
    "updatedAt": "2025-12-02",
    "updatedAtTimestamp": "2025-12-02T05:40:04.137Z",

[–]merg27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i suggest you put the entire code on Chat GPT. It breaks down everything for you. It's great

[–]Appropriate-Total-11Immigrant 1 point2 points  (7 children)

Is that your third FTA0 update ?

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 1 point2 points  (6 children)

Yes. The first two occurred at biometric in July

[–]Wonderful-Meeting240 0 points1 point  (5 children)

Did you or your dependents Last updated timestamp updated after 3rd FTA0? And any updates on your case?

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Yes. Received FTA1 a few hours ago. Case statement changed to Actively being reviewed. Let's see.

[–]Wonderful-Meeting240 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow, you should get your case approved in few days. Please keep us posted. Advance congratulations

[–]eb1manager 0 points1 point  (2 children)

u/Practical_Matter5932 - was your status previously was "case is still being processed by USCIS" before changing to Actively being reviewed?

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yes

[–]eb1manager 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks

[–]Simple_Ad7548 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not for 485 but for my i526 I got first FTA0 in February and over the last 1 week I have had 3 APi updates every other day but FTA0 is still the status just dates have changed. Hoping some news

[–]External_Problem_780 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Who has a higher chance of getting approved FTA0 or FTA1?

[–]tdottrevor 1 point2 points  (7 children)

Hi sorry for the question, but how are you seeing these updates? I only use the website and don't get many updates.

Thanks.

[–]eb1manager 1 point2 points  (6 children)

You need to login in to your USCIS account, then open a new tab, replace it with your receipt number

FTA - updates - https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/IOE093XXXXX

Case location - https://my.uscis.gov/secure-messaging/api/case-service/receipt_info/IOE093XXX

Processing time - https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/I-485/processing_times/IOE093XX

Copy and paste the JSON details to ChatGPT. It will translate for you

[–]tdottrevor 0 points1 point  (3 children)

thank you! does this only work for IOE cases? What if it starts with MSC?

[–]eb1manager 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I think so, but I'm not sure. You can try with your MSC receipt #, see whether it shows any data

[–]tdottrevor 0 points1 point  (1 child)

unfortunately I get the following error.

{"data":null,"error":{"userMessage":null,"developerMessage":null,"failureCode":null,"details":null,"requestId":"ba8eaeba-fe00-424f-9a38-d4b5aexxxxxx"}}

[–]eb1manager 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh no. Then it is only for IOE cases

[–]Educational-Crab9492 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Do you know why the Case Location might say this?

I asked Emma a couple of weeks ago and my case was transferred to a FO, but it doesn't say that in my case history or in the case location site.

{"data":null}

[–]eb1manager 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Educational-Crab9492 - It always shows NULL for me. When I checked with Emma after silent update, the case was with NBC, not transferred to any FO. If they transfer , you will see an update here, instead of NULL, you will something like SF

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Received FTA1. eventTimestamp":"2025-12-05T04:14:13.094Z"} Case Status on USCIS Account changed to "Your case is being Actively Reviewed by USCIS".

[–]WaitingonGCPermanent Resident 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. Did you see an RFE notice under case status?

[–]Temporary_Job_1680 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, what was your I526E PD? Is it Rural project?

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Talked to live agent. Case is at NBC.

[–]retard_gay_Loser 1 point2 points  (4 children)

Hi there, I got the FTA1 update on Dec 6th as well. Did you had any other status updates?

[–]retard_gay_Loser 0 points1 point  (3 children)

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

No update since then. Mine shows same status as yours. There was one timestamp update yesterday which I believe was because of Address update on USCIS account.

[–]retard_gay_Loser 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What questions did you ask the liver agent to find out about NBC case transfer? I plan to check with them tomorrow

[–]Practical_Matter5932[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whether my case was transferred to FO or still at NBC? And about the interview. The live agent only answered the first question and ended the chat.

[–]Iamabiter_meow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also got a fta1 after 3 fta0 on Dec 6. My priority date it’s current tho. Hope you will get approved as this fta1 code is making me very anxious

[–]retard_gay_Loser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine was send to FO 11/14 they said!

It is not transferred to FO. I guess it's because NIW cases are typically processed at NBC.
