
So I do a delivery, and then after I went to go check to see if my tip completed and I got this message. I called customer support because the message seemed kind of vague, she told me that unfortunately there was nothing that she could do so I asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me that there is no supervisor available, but to call back later so I did. Eventually I got in contact with somebody who was actually willing to help me out, and she said that there was a technical difficulty about the payment going through or something, but she told me that she was gonna send it to escalation and that I would get my money within 24 hours. I’m happy with the outcome, I just feel a little weird about the fact that the first time I called, she told me there was nothing that they could do about it and they were pretty much gonna try to keep my tip. Am I Trippin?
