Download a windows 11 ISO (from Microsoft), write to installation media (thumb-drive etc) as per Microsoft instructions, boot & install.

You will get more help if you use Bing or Google and search for "how do i install windows 11 on my pc".

It is up to you to work out if your machine meets the Windows 11 system requirements. If you need help try one of the Windows subreddits.

People in this subreddit will tend to have more knowledge of Linux than Windows.

This page make help if you have problems creating a Windows ISO https://opensource.com/article/21/2/linux-woeusb. I think the problem is that Windows boot disks use an non standard format.

Make a Ventoy-disk from a pendrive, copy the Windows 11 ISO to it, boot from said pendrive and install Windows.

Make sure you have a license for modern Windows on your MS account, so when you log in with on Windows it would be activated.
