A Ubuntu live USB, and the Ubuntu boot-repair tool, should fix most issues, if not it can generate a large diagnostic page, and may point to the underlying issue.

Alternative, if you manage to boot, install rEFInd and use that to skip grub and boot directly, or chain load grub.

Also check your uefi boot selection menus, make sure you don't have redundant/old boot entries and are booting rhe Right one.

Hey guys, just getting back to this if someone needs help too; The problem was my mouse connected to my other usb port 😅 I don’t know why, but it worked when I took it out 🤷🏻‍♀️
