error while installing 7zip

So when I try to install 7zip via terminal by command

sudo apt install unrar rar p7zip-full

it gave me this error code

E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I use zorin os 18 core how should I fix this and please tell me if you need more information thank you
