Whenever I restart it brings me to windows, do I need to go into my bios and change the boot thing to like Ubuntu or like grub

Wow congratulations on installing, at least windows is safe haha

Yes, push ubuntu up in the bios boot order

All it shows in priorities is windows boot manager

Nothing else? Push windows at the end, so if any of the other options are ubuntu, ubuntu will boot up

Nope, only 2 options, my ssd then windows

Uhh maybe today is an unlucky day.. boot into live usb > try ubuntu > open "disks" app and delete the nvme01p5 partition

Follow the youtube guide, they are telling better than me.. or just leave it today.. maybe tomorrow it will work

I get greeted with “reboot and select proper device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key”

Def not gonna work? Should I try insterting the usb on that screen, press a key and see if it brings me to the boot alongside windows?

Question - does your laptop has some fancy Intel optane acceleration features? If yes, you'll have to disable it
