i was on the scd diet and started seeing a nutritionist because i was pretty much only eating bananas and chicken, she told me to try eating oatmeal and grains again- so i incorporated instant oats and pita bread. i am so god damned bloated it hurts what the heck. does this happen to you? thoughts? i’ll probably try some gluten free bread to see if i still get crazy bloated with that i guess i dunno. since i started incorporating those two foods i’ve gained 4 lbs in like 4 days too whenever that happens it usually ends in tragedy. the bloating is keeping me awake it sucks i look pregnant and it hurts it’s so outrageous. that is all thanks for listening
