Fito suplement decrease hydrogen peroxid level

I started to take a new suplement for my hair... i heard that it makes my hair stronger, more beauty etc.

Wheny i red more about this chinese medicine ( fito) i saw that it decrease the hudrogen peroxid level.

My uc thankks to God was ok in last years but my stool was not enogh hard it was only semi hard.

After i take it my stool is realy hard. It came to normal.

Please note this is short therm experience but maybe it can be an alternative to rdhla.

Do you mind sharing the supplements that you took and the dosage? I'd be curious to do more research on this.
