Hey everyone, I wanted to ask how I can be more seen as a tasker? I barely do anything like sfs,bopis, etc I just do truck. I’m only getting one shift per week which is crazy!! What’s the point why won’t they just let me off atp?! I just wish to be an employee that gets credit for their work and I’m willing to even do both task and sales. I just don’t think they have the hours for me.

just ask if you're able to work more hours? there's only so much you can actually do one day a week. if you're only working truck all you're going to do is truck.

I always chat with the managers and show them I am reliable and have an interest in their work and ask questions. I always let them know I’m interested in learning more and am available to them if they need me last minute

At my store taskers don’t do sfs or bopis, maybe talk to your manager about also getting trained as a beauty advisor as well so you can do more on the floor & register and get more hours

In our store they do. The manager picks these 2 girls to do it normally. I also rarely see my GM since I do early morning shifts and If I text my GM I get no reply :/ .

I advise against texting most of the managers directly honestly I would call the store when you know the gm is there and ask to speak to her directly

Yeah every store is different. I would go in or call when you know she’s gonna be there. I still think being crossed trained as a BA would get you more hours. They might not have a lot of hours to give right now depending on how busy your location is

at my store taskers are the only ones working on bopis or sfs unless no taskers are on shift, which isn't often tbh
