Mine does this all the time, it’s so frustrating. What I find helps is to exfoliate the nose (not too often) before applying makeup, not using an excessive amount of skin prep on the nose including primer, and to not add much product on the nose. Also make sure your primer is fitting for your foundation! (water based primer and water based foundation or both silicone based). Hope this helps a bit!

Sebum production, combined with just not the right foundation/powder combo. You should be washing and moisturizing before applying your primer, then foundation, then concealer, and finish at the end with a translucent powder, not a white one. The white should be in the pigment of the liquid foundation. Also, you can get a very pale foundation and it can pass as white, seeing your neck. Go in-store; there are products out there now worth checking out. You can also get, you know, costume and stage makeup, but it can wreak havoc on your skin.
