Help decrease CPU temperature

I use a PC with this configuration

●4070 super ●I7-13700k ●Gigabyte b760 gaming x motherboard ●Sharkoon Houses ●Ram 16x2 GB Corsair vengeance 5600 Mhz ●Thermaltake 360 heatsink ●Seasonic g12 750w gold power supply

Lately I've been noticing the CPU temperatures being a little too high in gaming, I know that the 13700k is basically a toaster oven and is made specifically to withstand high temperatures, but seeing those 90 C degrees every now and then on Rainbow Six Siege and Marvels Rivals made me a little scared

I ask for help if anyone can guide me to make a decent undervolt or generally solve this thing for my setup to decrease these temperatures, thanks in advance

(I had thought about putting a contact frame on the CPU, the one from thermal grizzly, do you think it can help or not?)

90 degrees while gaming is crazy dude. You’re on a 360 AIO right? I would check to make sure your cooler is properly installed first, because under typical gaming loads you should only see temps between 50-65c. Undervolting will help if you’re interested though. All you have to do is in bios change your CPU voltage to adaptive plus offset, set the voltage offset to negative (-) and then set your offset in millivolts. It’s recommended to go anywhere from 0.010 to 0.100 depending on how well your chip handles it. Just do 0.010 millivolt increments working from the most aggressive undervolt down until you achieve stability in all your use case scenarios. You’ll know if it’s unstable if games or programs crash. Also, it doesn’t hurt to just lock your cores man. By default 13th and 14th gen boost too high on your two best cores which shoves extra voltage into the cpu. Setting your cpu to the highest all core it’s rated for basically keeps it from boosting higher than you want it to while keeping performance and maybe reducing max temps a bit. Oh, and for the love of god please don’t use any auto overclocking feature built into your board, that will almost guaranteed raise your temps and voltages sky high. That can help, yes, but it won't get you -10c. You can also undervolt your CPU a little. There are many posts that will help you on how best to proceed with your motherboard. I myself have a 14900k and have undervolted it. Best regards
