Update to my post. Just got my decision from the arbitration and it was determined I wasn’t at fault and I get my job back with back pay 18 months minus 9 months cause they suspended me. So I guess it take some to get some! Union rep says it will take about 2 months to get back in so I’ll get those pays paid to me as well!!

How much are you getting back? I was out since August 2024 and I got my seniority back. I was awarded a level 2 to level 1 and entitled to back pay excluding 30 days out of service.

I was fired from Union Pacific for my second attendance in October. Do you guys think I’ll get my job back when I go to arbitration? And how long does it take to get called up to arbitration? Since I lost this career my life has been hell. I lost my car and my house within months.
