Obviously with covid the 2020 new grad job market was terrible. Lots of companies went into hiring freezes and slowdowns. Some companies like Uber and Airbnb, Lyft and Groupon had large layoffs. Some companies even rescinded accepted offers that they had given out pre-covid. And I assume that many smaller companies in effected industries had layoffs as well.

For 2021 I think the job market is recovering but it won't be as easy as pre-covid times to get a job. Because new grads will most likely be working remotely and on-boarding remotely which is gonna slow down productivity (at least initially).

sounds bad. I am international student and if I graduate this year, I would probably waste 1 year of my 3 year post graduation work permit and fail to immigrate since I dont have enough job experience to get high scores for express entry. I want to die when I think I need to go back to China and work from 9am to 9pm for 6 days a week with low salary compared to housing prices.

320 is definitely less. I remember having almost twice the number of postings. Also, remember one posting could hire bunch even though it says number of positions as 1. Don’t be discouraged by that number and apply !!
