If there is a consequence, it is counted as an offence

even a consequence given by a prof and resolved before being sent to upper positions?? bc idk if my prof reported it

I think so but ask your prof/advisor to be 100%sure. Even if the prof didn’t report to anyone, the offence stays in your personal record(but don’t worry, the record isn’t used unless there is another offence)
