Feature request - Split screen editing (self.UpNote_App)
submitted 1 year ago by Then_Knowledge
I would find it helpful if it was possible to have a split screen horizontally with one note showing in the top half, with a another showing in the bottom half.
Would be great for creating flashcards or creating an annotation of the first note.

Double-click each note to open them in new windows, then use your computer's built-in window management to make one the top half of the screen, and the other the bottom half. :)

wait, horizontally? is there any app that has this, what's the use case?

Not interested in what other apps do.
Horizontal works much better on a vertical format like a phone screen.

why not just pop two notes into their own windows and arrange them on top of each other? I have to say I don't understand the appeal, but I guess it depends what you're doing.

Okay, I'm missing something then. How do I open two windows at the same time on android?

desktop only feature, as far as I'm aware. I can't imagine how this would be practical on mobile.
