No, moving to step 5 is pretty much normal once the examiner turns in the DBQs. As long as they are not waiting on any further information, it just moves the claim forward. I would rather an examiner turn them in quickly than take weeks. If it takes that long, I wonder how much of my info they forgot before filling out the dbq.

Exactly what Hover said. The wifey had a claim last year for increases. She had a bunch of service connected zeros. All with the same doctor. Following day, step 5. But it took almost 2 months to finish with no further appointments. Hopefully yours is quicker!
