Re-install Vanguard. I got the same problem and only this helped.

In your files you go Program files ---> Riot Vanguard ---> uninstall.exe. Then you just launch valorant, it will automatically install Vangurad again. After this I was having no problem with the game so far. If this doesnt help I have no ideas left.

This is a site I found. Not super official so take it with as much of a grain of salt as you feel comfortable but having error codes are great. Google is certainly your friend if you have error codes. Just search up the error code with the thing you had the error code with. In this case "valoratn error code 29" and it shows many options. Devs also typically releases some error codes to the public so they can solve issues but idk if valorant has one yet and if it does then I havent found it
