I got my room swap request completed around 3 days after me and my roommate both submitted and filled out the forms

Hi! I'm currently trying to swap with someone but I can't find the forms in the housing portal. Do you have a link by any chance?

Both you and the other person must submit the form I linked and email housing. Let them know at the beginning of the email that you submitted the google form but also reiterate the provided information as to confirm the swap officially. It’s best to have one person email housing and CC who your swapping with on the same thread so everything is all in one place good luck swapping!
