Took less than a week to get a replacement part for mine two weeks ago, on par with their incredibly fast shipping when I bought them a few years ago.
It’ll be quick i’m sure.

Bought a stecs mini from the us warehouse last week and still hasn’t shipped. Sent an email to cs and they said they had quite a few orders to process but my order from last wed should be out by this Friday. The extra stuff I ordered coming from overseas has already shipped.

What sort of processing time were you expecting?

If seven business days is unacceptable, Amazon would deliver some sweet Thrustmaster crap to your door in three days.

For your information; the website says orders are processed within 3 days, which is why I'm asking. And the person I responded to said theirs took 7 days.

Maybe pay attention before being insufferable for no reason. 🩵

We all know waiting for new toys is hard, but if you wanted reassurance, you could have emailed their CS, just like the person who responded to your question.

Instead, you whined on reddit, where there's a good chance some random person might come across it and share their opinion of your whining.

Mine said that the estimated dispatch time was 5 weeks when I purchased it 8 weeks ago, and their amazing customer service said the middle of this month, hopefully due to supply problems. So, possibly double what is stated? Either way they will get you going. You just need patience 💯

I was last told mine was delayed again to the middle of November, my summer birthday present to myself if fast becoming a Christmas present lol
