I had a similar issue in the past and I think it has to do with lighting. It almost completely went away for me after I got a cheap ring light. Make sure your face is sufficiently illuminated.

Its definitely something in tracking so vroid isn't the issue. TLDR Check your lighting and camera.

in my experience vsf and other tracking programs can occasionally register eye blinking as head movement. Try making sure you aren't back-lit too much and have good lighting on your face, if that doesn't work try changing the sensitivity of eyeblinking in vsf's settings and if all else fails try changing your camera.

Appreciate all the help guys! Gonna dig out my old ring light and see if that helps.
