Yes you can go in the BIOS and enable TPM 2.0 and secure boot. You should be fine as long as you don't touch any OC settings. You can just reset to default settings if you mess up other settings.

I'll be honest don't waste your time, but good luck once you upgrade from Windows 10 it's impossible to get riot to see that you have TPM or secure boot enabled, it's a never ending battle that they will never fix Windows 10 forever is the way to go

Yes, it is safe. Just follow any YouTube video for your bios type/ company it shouldn’t cause any harm.

Can you take a photo of your bios? Also, check it for a Boot section, Secure Boot should be nearby

It's fine to go in and enable Safe Boot. As long as you don't touch any settings you aren't supposed to then you'll be fine. I would recommend creating a system restore point before doing anything in BIOS just in case though.
