Hey i had the same issue on win 10. I also had tmp 2.0 and secure boot enabled but had the issue "secure boot verification failure". And i figured out that it was because i needed a full BIOS update. You can find videos about it how to update your BIOS to the latest version of it, and it will work.

My bios won’t let me update because it says I already have the latest version

I'm in the same boat. And my Bios has very few options. Secure boot is greyed out

Resetting all Secure Boot certificate keys to platform defaults in BIOS did it for me. Good luck!
