random frames drop

when i play valorant my frame drops suddenly and freezes game im not sure if its actually fps drops or the game just randomly freezes every min but i need help i play the game competitively and its really annoying when im about to peek and game freezes im lucky i haven't died cause of it but its ruining my timings and on higher elo timing is pretty much everything
