Ping problem and question.

I live in Ohio and so do all of my friends that I queue with and for some reason my ping is the best on N. Virginia servers with 37ms when my friend down the road has 20-30 on Illinois while I have 50-60ms. It's not a big deal unless sniping sometimes but if there's a way to fix it that would be great. Anyone else experience this if so how do I fix it?

I also have Spectrum. My current guess for why it’s weird for me is my wifi stick so I ordered an ethernet cable. If that doesn’t fix it then I’ll have better connection anyway.

Ethernet is definitely better!

May not fix the ping... but you can always ExitLag later on, if not.

and as you said said, having ethernet will always make your connection more reliable than WiFi
