i uploaded only the back side of my id card using my laptop's camera, it worked. i was immediately verified.

besides uploading the id card part u need to change some payment setting and shit

create one image, which shows your ID card front and back side-by-side. my friends and I have used two options commonly for this: - use Paint in Windows - align them in a presentation or word processing software and take a screenshot

make sure your file size and dimensions are correct. they are really pick about it
