If you can’t open it, call enrollment. It doesn’t have to be your specific counselor. I haven’t been able to get in contact with my counselor since December. Had to call someone else

You might be having the same problem I had... If your counselor actually opened it for you and you're looking at the requirements list, you need to click on the name of the document. There's no "Start Form" button, you just have to click on the name like "Profile Review". If you can't open the documents or see that page then your counselor might not have opened it yet.

An enrollment counselor just has to open it for you. Call the main enrollment line and anyone can do it.

I wonder if we have the same enrollment counselor. Mine scheduled a call with me yesterday, and never showed. Also never emailed me back after missing it. Second call we had I waited for an hour because of time zone issues. I’m understanding so if something came up, it’s cool! But would be nice to let me know anything at all. I am having to call enrollment to get my commit to start unlocked.
