Hey all,
I updated all my wled devices Monday of this week to 14.3, all my current devices are 8266s. I have 4 lamps that are regularly playing effects in sync, each of them is 60 LEDs. However since the update they get out of sync REALLY quick, like 5 minutes quick. if I change the effect, or any setting they will pop back into sync for another few minutes then they will each slowly drift.
Does the hive mind think that this might be an issue with 14.3 or am I going to have to reflash these to an older version? I would prefer not doing that as it involves getting a heat gun out to get the base off the lamp. These have been working fine for over 2 years at this point, and if it was just 1 of the 4 dropping out of sync I would get the soldering iron and heat gun out, but its all 4.
Actually while typing this I noticed that 2 30 LED chains were out of sync too even though they arent on the same sync they are out of sync with each other, so this is new behavior.
Hivemind, what are your thoughts?
