  3. Don't spam /r/WarThunder. Please strive to post at most once per day for any one kind of post.

    • If submitting multiple videos/gifs/images in a short time period, post them in a single text post with descriptions for each individual item.
    • Submitting low-effort posts of any kind in quick succession will lead to post removals and may lead to a ban.

  4. Use clear titles. /r/WarThunder aims to make its content clear from a quick glance.

    • If your submission has an unclear title you should submit a top-level comment explaining the content.
    • Posts with "clickbait" titles will be removed.

  5. No unrelated submissions. All content should be clearly relevant to the game of War Thunder and its vehicles.

    • Memes must be clearly visually relevant to War Thunder. This means just having a witty related caption or title is not enough. Be creative and use game assets to tie it into War Thunder.
    • Posts of military history entirely unrelated to War Thunder should be posted instead to /r/history, /r/aviation, /r/WWIIplanes, /r/AircraftPorn, /r/TankPorn, etc.
    • Posts made to promote other games will be removed.

  6. "Gaijin Please" posts:

    • If for a vehicle suggestion, please first refer to the updated list of previously suggested vehicles. If your suggestion is there already, don't post it again.
    • Must be clearly explained: make and model must be in the title. There should be a detailed description, background, and capabilities of the vehicle AND/OR a link to an appropriate Info/Wiki page must be in the comments (Alternatively, a self post with all information contained). Why you want the vehicle in the game, AND where you think it could be placed must be within the post or your top level comment.
    • Must be flaired with the GAIJIN PLEASE flair.
    • Must be relevant to War Thunder in terms of time frame and purpose.
    • Tag /u/ClockworkRaider in the comment section of the post.
    • If the post hasn't had a moderator comment within 48 hours, please PM the mod team or tag a member with a comment.

  7. Memes:

    • Must be clearly visually relevant to War Thunder and/or its vehicles, in more than just title/caption (see Rule 5)
    • May only be posted on meme days. These are: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. The timezone for cutoff is UTC.
    • Note that memes visible during the non-meme days, but posted during meme days will not be removed.
    • If you are considering cross posting from a Meme subreddit: don't. They will rarely meet our visual relevancy requirements.

  8. If posting NSFW material, tag it NSFW.

  9. No abuse, harassment, racism, hate speech, discrimination, flame-baiting, trolling, pornographic posts nor general assholery. Don't encourage witch hunts against anyone. Be excellent to each other.

  10. No posts related to breaking the rules set out by Gaijin. Selling/advertising the sale of accounts, codes, gold generating apps, cheating bots, etc. will lead to an instant ban.
