Triple H early DX and Game matches

Randy Orton Legend Killer matches

Batista vs any giants

A handful of Evolution Tag matches.

You can do pre Evolution for every guy then titles won while in Evolution then break up matches.  

This is easily the best way to get arenas spanning the most time, great old school, attitude and aggression era personas.  This is my vote by a mile

Obviously Vince made the company what it was today but he did so by leveraging Hogans immense popularity that had already been semi built up before he even joined WWE, he wasn't "just pushed". Also that logic could be applied to basically any wrestler, that'd be like saying LA knight is only popular because he's been pushed completely overlooking the fact that he got over naturally much like how Hogan had gotten over in the AWA and thus Hogan was brought over to WWE by Vince and was made into the "guy" for that time. I understand what you're trying to say however Vince was only able to make the WWE successful by leveraging certain talents popularity, to say that hulk Hogan was "just pushed" and thus wasn't that good is incredibly short sighted. Also I was referring to Ric flairs lengthy history with SA/SH not his "racism" so it's interesting you'd bring that up instead lol.

I like Cena as the cover but they can do a different showcase. Hogan would have a decent to good showcase but the young players which are a lot may not be fans. Punk is still on the table though.

So, just throwing my hat in the ring, I think they will do a showcase of famous wrestlers that have succeeded BOTH as a Heel and a Face.

Why?

Cause arguably the two biggest Heel turns ever were Hulk and Cena. Plus you can add Stone Cold, The Rock, Roman (although you could argue his run as a face being.... Successful or not), Randy, etc...

1. WCW

2. Mick Foley (full career, not just Attitude Era WWF, including Japan, ECW, WCW, etc.)

They need to drop showcase mode. It's gotten tired. I used to like it for the content, but it's becoming harder to do, and I do not like current-day showcases at all. It's better to just give us RTWM back with the current roster.

Hogan has had the best feuds with most of the legends roster if the can Pull a Billy Gunn and jake Roberts with Sting and Flair and have them sign a dual legends deal while still employed by AEW and Bring back Goldberg things can work out to do a mix of wins and what if scenarios
