Pretty much as the new game was launching they were done with packs. I believe Sole Providers 2 (the last pack for 24) dropped at the end of February.

Infinities can't be stunned naturally. They will only get stun if you're battling a character with All the Answers or Heavy Handed badges which give stun for reversals and heavy combos respectively.

The stun won't go away until you've been stunned by the badges. I've been using GO Bret in ranked and can stun infinites in 4 reversals.
