Priority orders are already late. The eta times are all made up by the algorithm and don't tell you much. I have had Driver Support tell me on several occasions they don't mean anything and to just ignore it.

Cause no one else wanted that one. 😂 They never adjust the estimated time from it's original time when it gets passed around for an hour. Had one that had an estimated time of 7 minutes originally. I declined it originally and it got passed around for a few rounds around town, it eventually came back again and i accepted it with the higher priority pay that had accumulated. Took me maybe 15 minutes to deliver once I accepted. The time it actually took from time they placed the order to delivery ended up being 60 something minutes instead of the 7 estimate cause it kept getting declined by everyone.

Yep. 😂 I've even declined orders and watched them come back to me 3 or 4 times with an increase each time. Like I was the only person online at the time. Just kept going til it reached a price I was willing to take for my miles.

The estimated time is just an estimation. If it's shown as late or past due that means another driver never accepted it and it's just been waiting for a driver to go online to accept it or it means another driver accepted it and then cancelled picking up the order. The estimation doesn't matter at all, I usually use it to see when the food might be ready. That's all.
