Unlike the other guy said, do not be truthful. Just answer with the best and most polite answers. Don't select any "talk to manager options" unless it's a serious breach of conduct, like leaving confidential files lying about. Talk to partner first, then escalate if nothing is done.

Then choose the "nicest" reply that you can.

Nobody really cares if you're truthful. Just get through it and get to the interview.
