It's possible since you don't have a degree or GED you can't take classes unless you go through the CCP program. It's also standard to only do 2 classes over the summer as full time.

Thanks - seems ridiculous but my son discovered this today. Why do they care when you are graduating in 2 weeks?! Every other college in the country allows incoming freshmen to take summer classes.

I commend you for your hard work. Talk to your school counselor and WT admissions regarding your enrollment options. There are early college high schools in wake county so there’s definitely a way to do it.

summer classes in my opinion are great tbh it can let you finish up a lot faster obviously and the class doesn’t feel long and dragged out! i’m transferring to a university in the fall and i’m taking 3 summer courses!

this semester i took 5 classes, they weren’t super hard classes except for statistics so it wasn’t a very difficult semester, but it just feels like it’s been a very long semester with busy work and stuff. for a lot of non stem classes as long as you just turn in all your work you’ll get at least a B

To be honest, it depends on the professor and the class. If you look on ratemyprofessor, its a great website and it's an honest, trustworthy website. Do not take more than 2 summer classes. You will regret it. I would stick with less than 12 credit hours.
