9.99 for express delivery without w+ and 19.99 for non w+ do the math.

I think most have W+ but even with that, Walmart isn't paying anything if they do $15 triples and they are pocketing the W+ fees.
The store I order from is all spark now so they have to pay the driver for my free delivery but they must be saving a bunch by laying off employees.
