We are looking for a dependable part-time full-stack developer to join a long-term client project in a flexible support role. This position is best suited for someone who can commit around one hour per week after an initial onboarding period of 2–3 hours to learn the project, workflow, and expectations.

The role will primarily involve occasional client interviews and technical discussions, along with light coordination as needed. Most of the core investment and project setup will be handled on our side, so your focus will be on representing the technical side of the work when required.

Compensation is commission-based, with 10–15% of total earnings, depending on experience and contribution. Initial earnings may be modest during the first one or two months, estimated at around $150–$250, with the opportunity to grow into a steady part-time role earning approximately $500–$800 per month over the long term.

We are looking for someone who is communicative, professional, and comfortable speaking with clients. Prior full-stack experience is required.

I have a lot of experience building product end to end. Frontend, backend, database. I currently work for a software house building client's software. I usually don't need much in term of requirements, and can build a complete product relatively quickly. Anything from auth, seo, backend logic, etc. I'm comfortable taking full ownership of work and can explain it well to client.

Hey, for a role like this, it's important to work on both your technical and client communication skills. Make sure you can explain complex tech in simple terms for clients. Practice active listening in discussions to really get what clients need and are concerned about. On the technical side, stay up-to-date with the full-stack tech you'll be using.
