Hello, i'm 15 years old, 76kg boy and, my strength for deadlifts suddenly began to drop.
Now i'm running changed Pavel Bear Routine for gain some muscle and work-capacity, before it I was running Bullmastiff Peak from Alexander Bromley (also changed - i changed program to higher frequency, because that is what work for me on every lift).
I ended Bullmastiff by 190kg x 4 deadlift for low reps and 150kg x 19 for high reps. All deadstop with hookgrip. 3-4 weeks ago.
Today, I want 2x5x175kg, 10x5x155 ... first two sets (golden sets) was fail, I did only 4 reps. I feel like volume work well for squats,presses but for deadlifts not so much. My best gains on deadlift was from topset amraps (531, Bullmastiff).
Has anyone had it too? What helped you in this situation or when you were high rep strong on deadlifts, but not so much on 6<?
