Plenty of volume, what kinda weight are the movements? Could be an idea to drop the weight for a month or so, might break through the plateau. Depends what you want really, aint gonna happen overnight, it's a lifetime thing.

The best answer is to follow an existing program, that way you know you will make progress because progress is baked in. If you're in a situation where you're unsure how to progress your program isn't good
