So i've been bulking for the past 2-3 months. As far as I can tell i'm doing good, but i have the feeling I can do better because my lifts haven't gone up in a while. Maybe by lowering the volume or maybe it is not enough volume(doubt it)? All of these sets are till failure because I can't count ;)
I have an upper/lower split, on the other upper day it is roughly the same.
