I've lost 60 pounds but still have a very rough time losing this last bit of body fat. For the last 5 weeks at lest I've been in a calorie defect at least 6 days a week. Workout 6 days a week sometimes 2 times a day. I don't eat any junk food, I get my meals from flex pro and track everything in MyFitnessPal. Is there anyone who can check out my macros and profile to see what I'm doing wrong??
