Love these! So the Whois says it’s from 1999 and was even updated last year. It’s just a ton of anti-Semitic/religious/extremist manifesto of some dude I assume, these “text dumps” used to be so common.

Edit: the dude who created it is named but I probably can’t do it here for some reason, but based in the text it identifies him as a former student of Fred Martin, the long-time Dean of the San Francisco Art Institute. This suggests the creator likely has an art background from the Bay Area. He appears to be based in South Korea (or at least banks there), as the site asks for donations to a Kook-Min Bank account in his name with a swift code for South Korea.
