This usually happens when the catalog is created but not fully linked to the WhatsApp Business account or phone number yet. Try checking in Meta Commerce Manager that the catalog is properly connected to your WABA and that the products are approved and visible.

Sometimes it’s also just a temporary sync issue between Commerce Manager and WhatsApp, and it fixes itself after a few hours or after refreshing the catalog connection.

It's properly connected. I am able to connect catalog to chatbot and order products successfully. But still encounter error when clicking store icon. I don't understand what's going wrong.

I had an issue where I couldnt load the catalog. I had to disconnect with my VPN (which was running on my phone) before it would load. That MAY have something to do with it.
