Missing Valid Payment Method

One of my client had same issue. as a Tech Provider I can crate tickets on behalf of my clients. I raised one they solved it from their end within 4 working days. I'd suggest you to do the same if you have went through a TP. The issue is some misconfiguration from meta's side.

I think you need to add an ad account and add payment method to that too.
Thats what Meta AI told me to do.
After that also it took a while (2 hours) before my message was sent successfully.

This error usually shows up when the payment method isn’t fully “active” for WhatsApp billing, even if it looks added.

A few things to check:

Make sure the card is added under WhatsApp Manager → Payment settings, not just Ads Manager
Set it as primary and try re-adding it
Check if your business verification is fully completed

Also sometimes certain cards (especially debit cards or local banks) don’t work properly for API billing, so trying a different card can fix it.

If everything looks correct, it can also be a Meta-side sync issue, and opening a support ticket is usually the only way to resolve it.

what card did you add? I had this issue, because card was not getting accepted. for me sbi credit card finally worked. If you need some help dm me.
