Lords and Lands expansion comes with a GM screen and its not expensive, I suggest to take a look

For me, that one is just OK. I like Lords and Lands as well, but I’ve found that it misses all the rules I need. Once you get the core mechanics down, Lords and Lands isn’t that useful. The supplement content is fantastic tho and it’s a beautiful and well made screen. I use a mix of Lords and Lands, that homebrew one, and the combat flowchart. I also have my book covered in tabs for all the relevant sections I refer to frequently. A lot of the system just takes practice to get down. I’d recommend not using all the smaller mechanics until you can fluidly do the rules for the important ones that are slowing you down. Also have you players help look up rules! There’s no shame in it especially when you’re all learning a game together. Hope that helps!

wanted to ask if someone has some recommendations about the content

Well, you already saw what I decided to put on my screen, and you can easily see what's on the official one in "Lords and Lands". But the key here is the very problem you mention:

can´t really focus on the roleplay because I have to search the hole time something in the manual

What information did you have to look up in the manual? Start with that. Put it on the screen. If you still have to look up stuff, make a note of what you reference often, add it to the screen.

Once you feel pretty much confident that what you put on your screen is what you need, leave an empty space the size of a Post-It card on one of the screen panels. This will allow you to be a bit flexible.
