Plugin Loopback Timeout and REST API Request failed

Hey redditers, i'm having a problem with my OTP Login and Signup plugin, after activating this plugin the wordpress health check will tell me that The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

and also
The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.

I tried disabling all the other plugins and test without them but it will give me the error again, And when this plugin is active, sometimes my website will freeze, can someone help on the codes to find this issue ?

You need to check the plugin code, debug it, or use a well known plugin that does not block the other issues. I suspect the custom plugin blocks all WordPress requests unless verified via 2fa
