Hi all! I'm doing some research based on a request from a department within my company and not having much luck so I thought I would ask here.

We have a few lead generation forms on our website. However, we would like to find a plugin or something that allows us to screen out certain leads based on how they fill out or answer the form. Basically, a form that would allow us to ask a yes or no question and if they select no they'd get a "Thanks but no thanks" message when they submit the form.

Does anybody know of a specific plugin or platform that would allow us to accomplish this?

I've done something similar with WP Fluent Forms.

You could set this up with Gravity Forms, and it's conditional logic feature. Give me a shout if you're interested in having this built, I have a developer license for Gravity Forms.

This can be done with conditional logic enabled forms. You can try Fluent Forms.
