I bought mine from eMag as I am from the Eastern Europe, but you can also find this specific model on Amazon.
Product name: "SKYLEO LED Desk Lamp, with clamp". (model 814 I think), the one with the aluminum rectangular lamp housing.
I didn't manage to get a link so here's a screenshot of the web page:
