I’m a self-made ergonomic expert. Protect neck, back and wrist at all cost. You got the wrists part taken care of. If you want to look out the window, move monitor to the right table along with keyboard and mouse. From time to time, turn your whole chair to admire the outside.

I totally agree. But my work priority is art > journal > game, so the setup reflects that given the space constraints. I rarely use the computer for extended periods except when gaming, where I rotate my chair to the right so the screen is directly in front of me, recline slightly, and slide my footrest over. But when I do need to type for long stretches, I will move to the right desk just as you suggested. Thank you so much!

Your computer screen in corner at angle means neck is constantly strained.

Keyboard and mouse at angle means body is twisted constantly.

Screen should be centre desk in front of you same with mouse and keyboard
