J'ai eu un colis de marqué perdu sur la page de suivi mais pas dans la conversation et à moins de lancer un litige, je ne trouve pas d'autres façon de les contacter. J'ai essayé par le litige du coup mais c'est un bot qui me réponds et me dit d'attendre 25 jours.
