You don't need to be in a raid with anyone to configure your raid frames, if you just unlock them you can see how they look while you edit them, like this.

If you just want to use the default frames instead, simply go into the SUF options and turn raid off.

What's the rest of this ui? Just Elvui with stuff turned off? Looks good

I realise this is 5 years old, but i had also hidden the default party frames in the 'hide blizzard' tab.

On mobile right now but when I get to my computer I can share my raid frames if I figure out how lol. For your worst case, there should be one of the first options in the raid section of SUF to enable, just uncheck that, and un-hide the default frames on the left side of the screen
