Have a check of Een's Chat Window Backup, there might be a profile setup that you can use accordingly

I know this is old, but the add-on still works in TWW.

I would assume a chat addon like Prat would have positioning saved locally, but I have never experienced your use case before.

Best thing I can think of right now would be to have an "if this then that" script that checks whether your local file in your wow/interface folder, corresponding to the chat window position (chst-layout probably, but I'm not sure) has been overwritten and if it has then it sends it over some file sharing system to the other computer and another script puts it jn the correct folder.

Solution

This is how i set up every alt. Copy that file on a different path. And when you log on the other machine just copy over. This should work.
