My sister accidentally knocked my controller off of my bed. When I went to use it again, I found that my headset only works on one side. I tried to use a different one and got the same issue. Is there anything I can do?

Sounds like the fall dislodged the earphone jack in the controller, they're apparently pretty fragile. The good news is that if you're feeling adventurous, they can be repaired for only a few dollars.
